Bigbasket is a TATA enterprise, a big brand in grocery and household things but there is not a good road infrastructure there and moreover staff behaviour is not proper at least has one visual board for bigbasket.

Goods offers and delivery all good. However since this is a customer oriented business I feel your delivery men should be taught how to handle clients. This is a Tata company and we cleints expect more from the staff.

i give 0 star to bigbasket team, worst service from vendor panel handling team they does not receive call and not solve our problem, very bed service, do not purchase from bigbasket, i m very dis-pointed.

It's the distribution centre, where things are received from vendors, packed and sent to customers. The warehouse is quite small, and most of the processes are done manually, starting from quality check to dispatch. Only vehicle navigation is done on systems. Nice staffs, working hard to satisfy customers

I like everything from bigbasket,order alot but this time these sugarcane slices so worst like i just cannot have a single slice bad service after corona,i have never faced such issue before

The only online grocery store which has service in this area where I stay. 90% satisfied service. Reasonable rate. Good customer policy which they used to follow almost 95% times.
