Big Peckers - Bar & grill in Calangute - North Goa, India

SEVERELY DISAPPOINTING One of three similar type Cafe/Bars next to each other on the Calangute Beach Road. Good coffee & nice place to sit for 15 minutes & "people watch". Food is a disgrace & way too expensive (see photo). 480/- for Full English Breakfast - Your having a larf..... .....Hard fried eggs (the chicken would have cried) & bacon (old pig) overcooked. .....Potatoes, sausages were probably left over from day before. .....Beans stuck together (like Farrow's canned peas) & don't think the toast saw heat for more than 10 seconds. Just have the coffee & move on.

Grilled steak and chips in India...legends! And they aren't stingy on the alcohol in their cocktails. All good!

Lovely food , music is just out of this world, they play music for all types of customers making everyone happy

Always call at this pub every year cos I like it. Think it's closing after April and won't be there next year

great staff, and good place to drink and watch the street and do nothing.
