Only recently I came upon Biggro for ordering things online .From my experience I think this is the best online shop where I can get almost all my things at reasonable price at my doorstep. The service is the best,if anything that i have ordered is not available they inform me over the telephone before delivery. Whenever I call them they attend at once ,very friendly and pleasing. The delivery boys are also very good.Usually they send the same delivery boy so there is no trouble to locate our place and wasting time over the phone to tell them the location. I therefore recommend Biggro to everyone. HAPPY SHOPPING.
I had a very bad experience. First they said a delivery is possible. Later denied. Still they didn't cancel my order and delivered after 5 days. N then I had certain things undelivered for which I had already paid. N they didn't give me refund as well. No replied to msgs or calls. Very irresponsible.
They are even not good for getting 1 star. I have ordered fresh chicken at 8:45 am. At 11 am I got an sms regarding the order packed and the bill amount . But the items not delivered till 5 pm.Very bad service.
I ordered items for total 643 rupees. .. .i paid in advance.. Only items that cost Rs.451handed over to my parents. And 100 rupees balance given back. . I lost more than 80rs..What about the credibility of such an online service. So pls don't go for this site. Trust is the main thing for an advance pay. You guys spoiled the trust of a customer. Worst experience ever. I ordered things for more than thousand rupees. They said they will deliver within 2 days but they didn't. After 5 days they said they will refund the money. I still have received the money. Real cheaters, Please do not buy!!
Ordered few items. Got confirmation mail. But even after 2 days, no intimation when will it deliver. When I called them, they said after 5 days. I said ok. When delivered half the items are not there. Mailed them, no reply. Called them and they said 2-3 days, now it is two months....
My first experience..I have ordered 1kg Pearlspot (Karimeen) based on the rate provided in the website and I paid the amount online.Next day on delivery asked additional Rs.80. I didnt get any call from Biggro that due to some reason the amount is changed. My first experience is bad. However, I tried again, my second experience I order Nadan Kozhi , I understood they weight the live chicken and post cleaning the weight will be reduced Billed for 1.5kg hopefully live post cleaning it is 800 gms. There is no Heart, Liver or Gizzard in it.When they weight a live chicken and collect the amount based on live chicken, they should provide heart, liver, gizzard no matter whatever it is. So both my experiences are bad.

Well maintained... Conference hall equipped with all facilities. You can buy original tribal products like coffee, cardamom, honey.... It really feels good to sit in the open balcony upstairs which directly faces Kochi kayal n have ur cup of tea...
