Tilak Sir and his team is very professional and enthusiastic towards dance and Aerobics . They give their best ,probably a best place if you want to learn dance aswell as for cardio .

Tilak Sir is amazing. He knows zumba, aerobics, yoga and gym exercises. His class is never boring. He is very knowledgeable and helps with diet related queries also.
