Today I went to kakinada store, I asked Samsung A51 8gb, after negotiation 21500 confirmed mutually, Given offer on bluetooth head set, After billing and I checked and found its A51 6gb, While unboxing, sales boy not shown to me neither I didnt asked, since I am in assumption of that am buying A51 8gb. Very bad communication skills related to mobile specification explation to customer, I feel it's big mistake to choose Big c. After all these store people trying to convince me that i need to check the phone since they're offering discount. I lost the joy moment of buying new phone. I will never ever visit this store again.
