Big Boss Restaurant - Punjabi restaurant in Tinsukia, Bahbari Gaon - Tinsukia, India

We ordered the following on our visit to this restaurant on 03.06.2023: 1. Drums of Heaven: Really Great. Nice Taste. I really recommend this dish of you're visiting the place. 2. Plain Rice and Chicken Curry: I don't understand why they put so much of sweet in the curry. Maybe the sweetness was due to the excessive use of onions but it resulted in a sweet curry rather than savory. Did not like it. 3. Chicken and Mutton Biryani: The pieces of the chicken was decent but the mutton pieces, although of considerable sizes, were not cooked properly. They were tough and we were really struggling with the mutton as it required 10x more chewing at our end. Furthermore, the biryani was very bland. I felt that they made this like a Pulao and just added the biryani masala just for the smell and aroma. it did not taste anything like a biryani, which is the worst part. On asking them if their chef was local, we were told that the chef has been brought from Kolkata. I fail to understand how someone from Kolkata could make such a piece of garbage in the name of Biryani. I consider Kolkata the mecca of Biryani, I love the Kolkata Biryani so damn much. This was really very very very very Disappointing. Now coming to the final part, the hygiene of the hotel is just terrible. On first entry everything seems on point, the interior and decor seems standard, but the moment u visit the wash basin, u slowly realize that the owners have put in much more effort on the exterior looks of the place rather than the hygiene. The toilet is the WORST. I repeat, the WORST. If someone from Big Boss is reading this, you need to make some changes which I have mentioned above if you would like to keep getting love and appreciation from the customers. Good family restaurant with decent food. If you order mutton do tell them how much cooked you want it to be. Chicken dishes are good too. Chicken dry fry is a must have. If you are planning for dinner, do it before 9:30p.m.

it's the best place for Indian food in the town, affordable price and the taste is top notch, totally worth it.

This restaurant is the only aesthetically beautiful but the employees are not good enough to properly serve. Food is also not so good not so bad. In case of emargency only then you go there but keep in mind they take 45 to 50 minutes for food. If you have I suggest to see for some other places. In my ranking BB of Tinsukia is on number 8 of the top 10 resturant. Overall I'll give 4 out of 10.

This is me just after 1 year.....Big boss have really raised their standards.....Delicious food but still comes with affordable price.....Do try now people.....!

It was too fabulous resturant I ever visit. I liked the service system and the waiters there.Tqlking about the meal the biryani was awesome and tasty.Must go there

The worst experience ever, we found hair in the served dishes, also it consists of late service with zero respect to the customers. The worst restaurant I found in the tinsukia, with the most ill behaviour.
