I am bigbasket employee .big basket hub is very good .but associate is not promoted

I am writing this twice in two maps because I saw 2 location of bigbasket and I want your management team to read and improve your service. Bigbasket services is very poor. They always do as per their wish and forget about what we are ordering. Sometimes they remove some items and add another items as per their wish and sometimes they add double items and force us to pay it. I am now fully fed-up of bigbasket team. Previously I uninstalled this app because of such fraud things, but my husband insisted to reinstall and give it a more try and again it's the same poor service. I thing their manager specially greater Noida West manager is out of their mind or work closed eyes. Fully disappointed and now uninstalled the bigbasket app forever.

This mall is small.but good to go. You'll get less rush as comparison to others. As well all know covid is going on so we should avoid rush as much as we can so. In this condition this can be good choice to go. Here you can get almost everything of you grocery items from bigbasket.they keep that clean and sanitized also. Staffs are humble and friendly and of helping nature. At the end it's good to go if you want to.
