Wish I could hive negative rating .. Been two months plus yet the uniforms are not ready... They have no entry of the same... People call from their store saying uniform is ready ..but when u go to pick half the clothes aren't there... When u cannot deliver.. y take orders n advances... And staff.... Wow... Rude to another level

Absolutely hopeless clothing store. I had placed order for my kids school uniform (Chirec) on 14th May 2023 and after making hundreds of calls, visiting them for more than 20 times and after making complaint about them in school, they have finally called today (after more than 1 month of school opening) to collect the unform. The owner Mr. Virender Bansal never answers the calls and the staff absolutely ridiculous

Big bansal is fraud and cheater company, it is road chhap company it takes product from road and sell in shop. 1500 rupees school bag last for 10 days, staff was misbehaving with me and my wife in front of my kid, when I complaint. They were saying to go to police if I want to complaint. .

These idiots had set up a stall at my sons school viz delhi school of excellence banjara hills. We paid for the order more than a month back and it has still not ready. There are many pending orders as on date. They dont even answer calls. Terrible mismanagement of resources, poor coordination and lack of planning. Even the school staff is furious with these people. Request management of any school to think hard before going with these unprofessional people.

The worst store for school uniforms our school uniform is pending since 2 months he says the uniform has not yet arrived when we ask him to double check he finds it out of nowhere the school pants are still due to come we have given him time of 3 days and it is the last time we are waiting. The owner doesn't even pickup the call

Pathetic service, thy have taken order & money for Uniforms & it's already Aug & still not delivered, when we call they hear us , disconnect & switch off the phn. Y do u take orders if u can't fulfil them. Requesting the schools To please dnt gv order for uniforms to Bansal, they'll never deliver them. Same happened with my elder son, he passed out 10th still his games uniform is pending, thy have taken payment for that also. Very very disappointed

It's a good place to buy clothes for kids. I got the clothes in good price as well. The only thing they were lacking behind on was salesperson (they weren't interested in show & did not have knowledge of where the clothes are )& also it's such a huge store but the AC wasn't on (we visited the store with the outside temperature @36 degrees).

staff behaviour was very irresponsible....they dont even pick up the calls...DSE school dress was not ready even after a month...i request all parents facing problem should complain to the school management to take action against these unprofessional store.
