I had a very bad experience in this hospital. No facilities available in case of emergency. Unprofessional and unethical . Very poor hygiene.
Doctors are good in nature and behavior. but pour hygienic bakwas service Specially Female word.
Very supportive staff (Nurse) with a positive attitude and polite which is the best part that they have. Cabin room need to be more spacious with proper ventilation system. Cleaning is good but should improve a bit One extra matress for patients family ( for cabin, where you are changing extra) should be provided, my mother had to sleep on the floor for three nights Proper signage is very much missing To enter gyne department some one have to cross the male ward this is one of the most inconvenience issue. Reception staff have to be more courteous If you are having any mediclaim so make sure you have to be very clear with them about the rate before admitting a patient and it's very much trouble to get the invoice copy so be clear. Rest I hope all are fine and take help of Bapan Da if any issue he is very helpful.
One of the worst nursing home with no facilities available in case of emergency. In 2015 , my mother was supposed to have a gall bladder stones surgery. As it was a simple surgery with reasonable rate we opted for this nursing home under Dr. Rahul Singh. There was no food provided from the nursing home n 3 times meal is to be provided by the family to the patient. My mother was fit n fine before the operation n went for the operation without any tension. In the middle of the operation suddenly, the doctor called n told that she has various problems. After the operation she was not being able to come back to her senses also n the doctor had no clue what is going on! The doctor n staff are completely inexperienced n unprofessional. No basic medical facilities are available in case of emergency. Finally with the suggestion of a senior doctor we shifted my mother to Mission Hospital, where we came to know that due to lack of oxygen in brain she was not being able to come back to senses. She even had developed infection after the operation and was kept in ICU for 10 days. Can u imagine for a simple gall bladder stones surgery we had to go through so much pain n harassment!
