Just one month ago I purchased a bangle from here giving lots of making charge.. within 1 months it's completely broken by 3 parts.. I am thinking to go consumer forum against bidhan jewellers.

Though designs are good but jeweller charges high making charge in compare to other reputed jeweller. Making charges is flat 18 c/o for gold value. This is too much. Further in case of exchange of old ornament which is purchased from them ,producing with paper, they deduct 25 c/o of gold . This hurt me too much. I will never visit to Bidhan Jewellery,Siliguri for purchase.
Selling Gold is secondary but as we say customer is god. If not treated as God atleast should be treated as like a human. Behavioral issue in staffs. Would not a spend a single penny at their store. Would also no recommend people becuase respect is everything. If you misbehave then gods for how many years your store will be in business.
'Disappointment' the only word I can say. please be more customer centric rather than profit centric. If you don't have a particular ornament, do not convince customers to buy something else learn to say 'No we do not have this with us'. Please ask your staff to learn bit of manners and patience to talk to the customers. Thank you.
