Alpha hospital infrastructure is good . The doctors are supportive . The entire staff is supportive . I heartly thank Dr.Mohammed Nadeem ,Dr.Shweth ,Dr.Ramligeshwaram Reddy for their excellent skills in performing the successful operation .

Value for money. Treatment was really good. Doctors, nurses and staff take care of patient very well. Management team (Padma Priya ma'am) is helpful interms providing all required details and information.

The hospital is just ok and if we find good doctors there's no problem but I happened to get a Duty Doctor who wasn't even able to diagnose my problem and they charged me Rs150 for consultation I don't even think that guy is a qualified doctor.Firstly this hospital isn't at par with hospitals like Columbia Asia and they still charge a hefty fee.Secondly they have so called Doctors who charge money and after failing to Diagnose the problem he has the audacity to say that we should visit a physician just because he couldn't diagnose the problem.He doesn't even have the confidence of diagnosing the problem.I doubt whether these so called Doctors actually have an MBBS degree. I hope the hospital authorities take some action and keep worthy people as Doctors.

Poor service by OPD staff, My mother came for injection it was an outside injection Dr adviced her to take outside any where as doctor is available only on sunday & her injection course is for almost 10 days continuosly with 2 injection alternate days each injection has to take, starting 2 days there is no issue giving injection,next day duty nurse or doctor i don't no who she is by seeing my mom injection spot she asked my mother who gave her injection, my mom said your one of your staff, the injection spot is clearly blueish occured & she clearly told its not her staff would do this, she took a pic in her phone & demand for prescription but we don't have, before 2 days ago my mother showed them & ask them do i need to bring every day prescription where she paid the injection charge billing counter that guy said no need of it. She gave her injection when i showed one of his staff via watsapp image, the next day we showed her prescription & she clearly rejects to give injection & told outside injection we will not allow here & she also claims no one has put the injection to my mother in her hospital, how irresponsible behaviour & service they were providing to the OPD patients, i don't no how they will treat the in patients there service is pathetic.

It has Best health speciality and best environment, hospital serves very well experienced specialists for all kind of health issues, you can visit here through a appointment.

The management here doesn't seem to care even for the doctors let alone their patients. Save yourself some time and go look for a better hospital.

Worst experience ever, night shift sisters never comes to u until we call fr them since 1 hr, bathrooms r not good, its nightmare to the ppl who s suffering from sevier pain. Apart from tat everything is ok
