Bhumi World industrial park had a lot of great features. One of the standout aspects of this park was the large number of companies and warehouses that were located there. It was truly impressive to see so many businesses operating in one place. The block wise building layout made it easy to navigate and find specific businesses. Although there was no hotel or food store on site, the park's location right off the highway made it easy to find nearby accommodations and dining options. Plus, with so many businesses in the area, there were plenty of opportunities to network and connect with other professionals. Overall, I was impressed by the well-organized and bustling atmosphere of the industrial park. It's clear that it's a hub for commerce and industry in this area.

The constructions of buildings is worst. The ceilings, plasters automatically falls down. No proper maintenance of the building. Only Salty Water facility available. Drinking waters are purchased by the people 40- 50 Rs for 20 litres Bottles. Many more.......

Flashy well maintained and illegal. They say they have but No MMRDA Approval yet, fooling every one. Plus mathadi charges every month 2 Rs / sq feet. Fake people with amazing marketing

It's a newly developed industrial park which connects to the NH 61 highway. The best thing about this park is the ample parking space and its construction. You're here for industrial work which is why you looked up for this place but you can always have your lunch & also stay in the Gopala's Residency.

VERY LOW QUALITY Of WORK DONE. The ceiling has been broken in a Years Time and There is ample of leakage. They are Charging High Maintenance and are not taking any responsibility. Sharing You the Images
