One of the worst service I have ever seen , rooms are also not clean up to the mark, bathroom is not clean, hotel owner behavior with the customer is worst ..... I suggest Don't stay in this hotel
Rooms were good for 2 people. It was clean and has AC and fan, which is very much needed in the location. It has both hot and cold water for bathing purposes. It's couple of floors above the ground with questionable entrance, but has cc cameras placed all around the location. Only complain being the room door didn't get completely close because of knob lock issue. Had to use key to lock or tower bolt to stop the door opening. Food is not included, but there are several good Manglorean restaurants nearby.

If Vishwanath Pai is not the owner, then owner should fire him immediately Since property is well maintained and it's location is very convenient, because of this disgusted man, hotel is getting bad name and negative reviews. If only one odd customer has expressed his displeasure about this person, then it could be individual experience. However when majority echo same thing then definitely there is problem with this person only.
