Very good hospital, great service. All staff members were very humble and helpful. The nurses, doctors and housekeeping staff all were very cooperative and helpful. I am grateful to Dr. Savita, Dr. Ninad, Dr. Ankit and full medical team for their caring and support. Also Ms Krishna of mediclaim department had been very kind, helpful in hassle free mediclaim process.

Staff is very supporting, they will take care of you 24x7, basic facilities are very good, cleaning is also maintained, if you are coming from out of the bhopal then suitable location for you as well, Habibganj station is almost 1.5-2 KM, from my side full marks.

There is one of the hospital SPOC at Bhopal Care Hospital his name is Ankit Gadre, he is a big time manipulator & work between Hospital, Patient & Insurance company, he has not only took some Rs. 57,000/- from us which mistakenly I paid against medical expenses as for me it was first time I have ever applied for Cashless Insurance, as any network hospital got some special pricing for Insurance company, when Insurance company cleared my bill which was obviously as per the understanding with hospital, this so called liar have started manipulating between Doctor, Insurance company & tried defaming...as he was scared if I will speak the same he will lose his rapport. I have been in BCH as recommended by one senior Pulmonologist of Bhopal & we respect him a lot this is why I was avoiding to post & make a complain in consumer & other forums, but just came to know that he is even lying to Insurance company who have removed them from Network hospital due to this guys manipulation, I really don't want anyone of you to get stuck with this liar so its important to post & even going to take action at all the forum..
