Bhoothnath Mandir - Hindu temple in Purnia - Purnia, India

I visited, loved the place for its true pristine ambience. Crossing into the Temple building you step onto well washed marble floor preceding the big divine bell. Just ahead you find the sanctum sanctorum with shiv-linga being worshipped with fresh flowers and pure water by devotees most of whom are females. A bit ahead is the small representative marble statue of Shakti or Gauri if you prefer the serenity over divine power of the Goddess. On sides are some other deities too. Coming back I felt better with my strides and heart filled with a divine stregnth.

Small in size but very soothing atmosphere in the temple...

A true felling of worship comes to me while I visit this place truly loved it.
