Many dhabhas were very popular than the 7 star hotels , there are many dhabhas ran in islolation by the single families or with the couple of servanta on the outside of the dhabhas. Small families also own the small Dhabas by which they earn their livelihood and earnings. In rajasthan dal bati churma is very famous in the local dhabhas . On the other side in the punjab lassi makke di roti is very famous
