Excellent property and very convenient to reach. Front desk and hotel staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has fantastic activities especially during summer. In rainy season, you get a pleasant view outside rooms. during winters, temperature is lower than the city to arrange winter parties with bonfire

Simple Hotel. Awesome location. It is located not very far from Badlapur Station. However the location seems straight out from a Yash Chopra Switzerland setting with mountains and greenery on all sides. There are mountains on all sides and with rain falling it was paradise. There is a dam next to the resort and the Kondeshwar temple is 1.8km. But there are small streams and waterfalls all around. Hotel Food was simple and good. You have Veg and Non Veg Options. Stay was OK for a bachelor setup. Not recommended for a Family outing.

This resort has become so hopeless now. I was given a room where you do not have a proper tap. Room was not properly cleaned. Worst part is network.. and also wifi is also so hopeless that it will not connect to your room. What if there is an emergency we have to come to near by to pool and connect. The service is too late. No doubt about food they have best food and tasty as well. I will never visit this resort here again..

Good Things: Best location, Quick response by staff, They are polite and helpful, Only thing is you need to tell them to do the small small things they have to do (like providing tissue papers, water, bedsheets, etc.), They also provided black tea on demand without any problem, Nice and big swimming pool and the rain dance pool, Good music system, Tasty food in breakfast and lunch, Beds are king size, Extra mattresses available, Many rooms to accommodate the crowd, Hot water is also available, Greenary in surrounding, Huge parking space, Fresh air, Pet friendly, Free Wi-fi on demand, Good road connectivity, etc, etc. Things which we DID NOT LIKE: They charge Rs30 per one water bottle which is double. They didn't tell this in advance. Bathroom water is stinky, Not all the rooms has cupboards and bath tubs as shown in photos by owner, Though the bed is big it is not clean and also the blankets kept aside are very dusty and not washed for days. TV remotes and AC remotes were not working/ not available. Not all the ACs are working properly. Spider webs were also found in corners. Everytime you need to ask for the complementary things like 2 water bottles per room and soaps, bedsheets, extra mattresses, etc. Food is not served on time. We waited for 20-30 mins for the same in afternoon. Food is good in lunch whereas the quality was not maintained for dinner. Meat with watery curry was served. No taste it has. Pool was not very much dirty but was not clean as we expected. It had algie (kaaii/ shevaal) everywhere. Tiles looks as not cleaned for many days. Property is not well maintained. They could have done it much better. But that is ok. Overall it's just like any other resorts and not extraordinary. However good place to visit (if you really do not find any other place nearby).

After 10 pm no service at all , no speaker is available/ allowed. Pool is closed after 10 pm . Only 1 pool is available. No room service is available after 10 pm. Rooms are decent. Surroundings/atmosphere is good. Nearby places are good to explore.

Resort is situated close to nature and everyone can enjoy the nature beauty .Resort also provides so many facilities like swimming pool,Rain dance and so on.

Very very very disappointed with the pathetic service and management here. Its too costly in respect of services and facilities they offer. Rooms were ok to stay but poor facilities of electricity and water facility in provided room. Food was nt proper as compare to cost they are charging. If you want anything then you have to go to management office as der is no intercom facility. Breakfast and tea quality was not good. Pool was not so cleaned and I dont want to visit here again and also will not suggest any of my friends to visit here. If you want to plan your weekend then go for farm house in same cost if you dont want to ruin your day and spoil your mood. Strictly not recommended. I have to select 1 star as this box is not allowing me to move ahead without selecting it.

Resort is very good, you can have a personal space if needed and the views from there are nice also the services of the staff was nice. You can also have a family time there.
