Waterfall is just awesome place to visit, you can travel by road which is bit difficult to drive and ride be very careful as it tends to be slippery, there is a pay and park at the start of waterfall. Wear proper clothing and shoes if you planning to trek to reach the limit of waterfall. Do carry a bag to take your waste with you as noticed there are lot of beer bottles and wafers packets please be mindful of that it is a beautiful place. Visit in rainy season and you can enjoy the water for hours start bit early in afternoon and you can amnage to spend 5 to 6 hours.
It is only 15-20 min trekking from nearby parking location. Due to close by villages & ease of reach it is very crowded & people have made this beautiful natural place look like dump yard on the way if you choose to follow water trail upto falls... So much of Snacks packs, beer & alcohol bottle left behind... I hope anyone who read this will take back this Garbage. ... Otherwise it is a very beautiful location for night out & family picnic also as thee are Farmhouse within 15 min walking range
Visited 12th Aug, 23 on Saturday. People who are in doubt whether waterfall has plenty amount of flow or not, I can assure you can go without any hesitation. As per local, till September flow will be there but definitely it will decrease as monsoon ends. Suggestion is to go early by 9/10 AM to avoid rush on weekend. Now the beauty of the waterfall, village is marvelous, if you able to go to top of the hill from where water is falling, that would be another level of experience. Nearest railway station is Bhivpuri Road, from there can take auto (20rs per person) or you can go by walk, as auto will cover only 1.8-2 km distance. Enjoy!
This js the nearest Water Falls to Thane. We have to take Karjat local train to reach over there. From Bhivpuri train station, have to take Auto rickshaw to the forest area. After claiming the mountains, we could find s small fallls. Good for the bachelors and it will be tuff for the Families. It will be a good adventure for everyone. Better to come in the season to enjoy lots of Water. But please don't through Plastics as everyone is doing.
One of the best waterfalls in Maharasthra. The main reason is the place and surrounding area. You will spectate 180 degree view of hills and the water fall is just ahead of you. Just amezing view. You surely should go once in monsoon.
Don't go there on weekends. It is too much crowded than weekdays. People who visit and post videos of these kind of locations go there on weekdays when it's empty and it's filled with people on weekends. And please don't litter at such pretty locations, carry your wrappers and plastic bottles with you and throw them properly in dustbins.
Can be visited by car or train get down at Bhivpuri railway station. Auto available outside station. Then about 1 km walking. Visit during rainy season otherwise there is no waterfall. Nice village food available on advance order.
Loved the easy accessibility and short walk of 20-25 min to reach there. Visited during early morning so no rush was there. Safe to enjoy.
