Very worst hotel in banda waiters are very rude. I visited so many times but every time I faced worst behaviour and service. Always Aur conditioner not working and food is ery cheap and bad quality. I recommend to every visiter never visit bharat imperial. In the starting they served in well manner but now a days they are very rude. And chef is also very cheap category several times he forgot to add sugar in coffee they served us tasteless coffee several times.
I ordered coffee with cutlet but they delayed very long. When I said these thing to staff they didn't care about it. What kind of hospitality they have can't understand.

The place is well built and a new attraction in the town. As compared to the it's rivals it too gives a tough competition to them. The restaurant is lit and has well decorated interiors which are quite appealing and suddenly attracts the customers' eyes. The quality of food is top notch and can give a serious competition to any food chain or food venue present in the town. The only thing I didn't liked about this restaurant was tha quality of service they rendered and the amount of delay faced not just by me but by all the customers present in the hall. The cleanliness of the floor and tables was also pitty and filthy. So, there was a mixed set of reactions from my side to this venue.
The food is really good but little bit the price is high but the waiters are so rude that if u ordered anything then definitely it will come after atleast 30 min so it sucks our time but for the family, for partiesit is very nice place. I ordered dosa, coldrink and paneer tikka here. The dosa is amazing literally, paneer tikka is not much good but yah it's ok by the way
