No doubt rooms are clean and the reception desk is helpful. But I found the restaurant's staff behavior weird. We went to the restaurant and they are very much worried about the seating arrangement just for 4 of us though not crowded. didn't come to take order for almost 10 mins. Had to call them for orders. This is uncalled for. High time, they get trained. The food is okay. No complaints.

Rooms are quite good, maintained well. Polite and prompt room service and in the restaurant too. Affordable stay in a central location.

Worst management, staff, room!!!! Everyone here asks, may be I should tell demands for tips in the hotel. From the security till the room cleaner and one who serves in hotel. We reached this place in the midnight and the person who kept our bags in the room did not leave the room until certain tips amount was paid. When told to management they hardly bothered and rooms were the dirtiest. All the bedsheets were unmaintained and stained completely. Washroom was not even correctly cleaned, everywhere you touch there was dust. And they charged high for the very basic rooms. I would suggest not to visit this place because entire trip mood would be spoiled. Staff are so greedy here and room quality is completely below average. Would have given no star. And in complimentary breakfast most of the items were over and only Dosa was available.

Proximity to railway station is a super advantage to this holy place. One can simply walk of the train and enter into the hotel easily. Very old but well maintained hotel at reasonable price.

I have been a long-time visitor to Bhimas Hotel, having frequented the establishment since my childhood and having stayed there numerous times. One of the aspects we appreciated about the hotel is its proximity to the temple and railway station, even though we acknowledge that it may not be the cleanest or the best option available. Regrettably, I must express my deep disappointment with the hotel's policies, which are far from being customer-friendly. On a recent occasion, I had made a reservation for a two-day stay and had paid the full amount two months in advance. Unfortunately, due to a sudden medical emergency, we were unable to embark on our journey at the last minute. I reached out to the hotel on the morning of our scheduled check-in date, seeking to cancel or at least obtain a refund for the second day of our booking. To my dismay, the lady at the Bhimas Hotel reception (who identified herself as a senior staff member) adamantly refused to accommodate our request for cancellation or refund. Given that it was not the off-season, nor was it a weekday, but a reservation for a Saturday and Sunday, it was baffling that the hotel could not find a way to cancel the booking and potentially fill the room for that weekend. I provided a valid reason for our cancellation request, highlighting the rarity of last-minute cancellations for a Tirumala visit, particularly when obtaining a kalyanam ticket is such a challenge. It is disheartening to see that the hotel displayed such an utter lack of concern. As a result of this experience, I have made the firm decision to never make another booking with Bhimas. Furthermore, I must also mention that our booking was made through Goibibo, and I must express my dissatisfaction with their lack of timely response and support in addressing this matter.

When we enter the securities guide us politely. But there is not enough parking area.Rooms are NOT maintained, house keeping is only changing the bed sheets it seems and not cleaning the rooms. It was dusty and bathroom was horrible not cleaned the shampoo and conditioner bottel are not cleaned for many months. The maintenance staff do not know their job, even after telling them the issues it was not rectified. The Bhimas Quality which used to be and they were famous for is missing. Management kindly look into this seriously. Also, when you call over phone to ask for availability they claim it's full, however when you visit in person they said rooms available. So, Management the guest would go to other hotels if your reception staff give false information as rooms not available when actually it's available and you loose business because of such staff. Also, there are issues with parking at Hotel approx only 8 cars can be parked and as painting work is going on be very careful and think twice of parking it inside. The restaurant is in the basement, a bad smell present all the days, they have to provide exhaust fans to get rid of the bad odour.

We came here to dine and the food was good, the dining is in a cellar, comfortable chairs and tables. Decent service. Slightly overpriced for full meals, of course they charge according to a Hotel.

The hotel is situated in a busy, prime locality of Tirupati, opposite to Railway Station and very near to the Bus Stand. Also very close to Govindaraja Swamy temple. Rooms are situated in 2 floors. Rooms are neat and tidy. TV, AC, 2 sofa chairs, a teapoy, and a cupboard with 4 hangers, a mirror, a double cot with mattresses and a blanket are provided. Bathroom cum toilet is provided with a mirror and a wash basin. Hot water is available round the clock.
