One of the most beautiful and devine places...calm and peaceful...must visit.

Historically very significant place. Must visit place for spiritual seekers. Had a very blissful experience when i visited here for the first time.

Its a pilgrimage place. It is beleived that Bheema built a dam overnight to prevent outflow of water over Tunga river hence the name Bheemanakatte. The temple staff are friendly and follows Madhwa tradition. Its peaceful and serene to place to visit while passing through this route. There is a hanging bridge near by where you can spend sometime in the serene of nature.

Bhimanakatte located at the banks of tungabhadraa river which is one of the historical place to visit and we'll preserved temples for sanctuaries. Friendly people and there is a hanging bridge which make the place much more attractive. I recommend to all visit the place get the blessings. Please make sure to maintain a social distance and wear a mask and keep the nature clean and please don't litre plastic in the locality.
