Very good customer experience.This was my first time. Lot of variety silver items are available including oxidized silver. Staff were very hospitable and great ambiance. They gave discount on making charge as well. Definitely coming back.

I had been to Bhima Jeweler to get my daughter's first ear piercing done, she is just 10 months old, Thanks to the Goldsmith Mr. Suresh.. He is been kind and its manual ear piercing with gold needle which is very much the traditional method of piercing and must say that the Goldsmith took time, made my baby feel relaxed and poked in and there is no signs of bleeding or infection till now(One week passed).
Good collection of jewellery. Making prices are on the higher side; but customers trust their quality. I have mixed feelings about their gold tree scheme (having taken one), and their salespeople try a bit too hard to convince you to enrol in those schemes.
Very poor service at Dickenson road branch. Very prompt in taking payment for purchase made with long delay in billing. Finally non availability of gift wrapper box in such a big showroom. & had to buy the wrapper box out.
