The same owner have created Bhima ashwini layout properties near srinagar. They have not created proper road connectivity . Now complete connectivity roads have blocked. All layout residents are in dailama now. And no response from mahalakshmi sweets and property team. The MD. Mr. Shivakumar also not even lookin at us also pls be carefull while buying these properties also.
Very good property. Prices are little more since it's out of my budget, I dint invest there but quality of the road drainage all seems to be very very good.
