Good jewellery and nice service.I had a "Bhima Gold Tree " saving scheme.On completion of the scheme ,they gave me Gold ornaments without taking any making charges.

Goid service. Very good staff and well trained. Collection of Gold and Kids items in gold have good selection. But in silver category collection is very less. Anyway very good shopping experience from Kottayam Bhima.

Bought a nose pin and two silver earrings from here.. Nose pin cost around Rs7000 and for both earrings around Rs900. Showroom was big enough. They had beautiful collections. Also good parking space available. Staff was well behaved. They cleared all our queries.

Not at all satisfied with the sales team and the way they treat customers. They won't even allow customers to directly interact with managers saying that they are in meeting. My parents bought jewels and they were not satisfied with their approach. Billing is also not explained properly. This company was suggested by one of my friends and knowing their brand value I suggested my parents, where they were not really happy. I would also like to know why a bill can't be corrected if it is billed without customers consent. THIS WILL BE MY LAST PURCHASE FROM THIS JEWELLERY AND ALSO WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANY ONE...... REALLY NOT SATISFIED PLEASE DON'T PAY ANY ADVANCE FOR GOLD..... WE ARE NOT EVEN VALUED FOR THE REASON THAT THEY EVEN USE OUR FUND FOR MANY DAYS. Moreover what's the need of giving napkins as complimentary. They DON'T VALUE CUSTOMER'S TIME

I visited the shop for my daughter's ear-piercing. The gold smith was very experienced guy and he did it with at most perfection. As we all know Bhima is known for their quality and the new shop is kottayam is quite big. The staff is very helpful.

The first thing that reminds me of Kottayam Bhima is their customer service. Very cooperative and informative staffs make the whole purchasing process very easy for us. Also, their making charges are cost-competitive. The ambience inside the showroom needs special mention. I highly recommend Bhima.

They have a good collection of light weight jewellery, but the experience totally depends on the sales person. Had both a good and not welcoming attitude from them. Expecting to treat customers irrespective of the amount they are going to spend there.
