Good shopping experience. I bought a custom made gold chain here . it takes 3 weeks for the same but they call us when the item is ready. The staff is very helpful and are ready to show things accordingly and they show things with patience no matter how small or big your purchase is.

Good quality gold. Well trained and polite staff. Good service. Introduced good customer gold savings scheme like bhima gold tree. Parking facility available. Proximity to metro station and NH. Variety in collection and designs etc..

Horrible customer service. They are not even bothered to look whether the jewellery choosen by the customer is in good shape or not. Product quality issues been noted. It is important to educate the customer who ever comes to buy. We had to wait so long for the payment and for the delivery of the gold. Service sucks big time. Had a very bad experience regarding this making charges in Bhima jewellery Edapally. I wish to I could give them zero rating . Alas .....

Was glad to see chairs near the display counters. Earlier there were none and i remember complaining about the same to them. Decent collection of gold jewellery items. Diamond and silver are also available. Ample car parking facility . Courtious staffs.

Bhima jewels situated near max clothing in edapally.(Service road). The showroom is well spacious with extremely polite and friendly staff. They have a huge collection of ornaments ranging from silver to gold,diamonds etc. They give good discounts too. Just get inside and you will be served with a coffee every 10 minutes
