Was very disappointed with what they did. When I visited the store 5 days back came to know, October 2nd was there store anniversary and they were giving a 50% discount on added value. So I decided on buying 2 items and went yesterday to buy. But what they did was , they increased the wastage % from 18% to 20% and 22% to 26% on the 2 items I saw 5 days back. Inspite of me telling them , I selected these items 5 days back and now they have increased the % on wastage it was no use. I felt it's not fair on what they do to the customers.
Worst experience. The staff are rude and careless. The jewelry comes in sizes only the staff with interest can show. You can come and chill in this shop for as long as you like for AC

We have purchased Ruby necklace 15 days back, but till now the certificate is not given, even after number of visits and phone calls to them. So doubting about the genuinity. I cannot even sell them without the certificate. I hope the concerned reply to this comment.
