I'm a regular visitor of the shop. But continuous worst treatment from Managers who behave as if they are owners of whole shop made me to think, whether should i need to visit this shop again?. All the Sales people in the shop are very polite and helpful. Sales people will help you out by showing all the collections with a smiling face. The issue is only with the managers who bahave rude. I brought a silver ornament by giving out old silver ornament for exchange. You take the old ornament for 60 to 65% stating that they have dirt and there might be less silver purity without even checking the purity of silver. But we have to believe that the silver you sell in your shop is of pure. When asked why you are reducing this much, your salespreson goes to manager and he increases another 2 or 3% for old siver exachange. Same works with gold but you check the gold purity with the machine even if the purity is more than 91.6% you dont give us extra amount for the excess purity and you give us the rate for the gold on that day which is also wrong. Either give us proof that our old gold or silver is not pure after verifying that in machine rather than your just mouth claims to make us stupid. Managers stop behaving that you can enter any amout with the pen in your hand do that every customer will purchase and go. Customer should not be begging your Managers to reduce the amount for wastage on gold or increase the amount for old silver exchange rate. Give proper explanation with proof regarding purity. Trust works both ways Bheema gold. When you dont trust customers with old gold or silver, without even checking purity and we dont trust you anymore. Inv.no:SB-13423.
