Good collections but rate and making charge are bit high compared to Kalyan(save Rs7 per gram )and Josco(save Rs200 per gram but you should bargain). This is for Kollam showroom.

Bhima gold is great and has great patterns as well. But we had a bad experience recently when we went to sell a few of our gold which was bought from Bhima itself a few years back. We had the bill and the gold was undamaged and not used at all as it was kept in the locker. The attitude they have when we go to buy gold and when we go to sell are completely different. When we go to sell they act totally strange and rude. The weight of gold they mention on the bill shows variation and they say it's air variations. That's all fine. But a little bit of better behaviour would be great.

Very bad customer service and rude behavior from the staffs. Not at all satisfactory. Attitude towards customer itself is wrong; it's like take it if you want or else go away!!!
