nrmde hr! If you are in Jabalpur, then you must must visit the place. After the Dhuandhar falls, here the calm form of Narmada can be witnessed. The marble rocks increases Narmada Mai's beauty and the Naviks are also really good. The boating remains closed from 15th of June to October due to rains. So plan your trip accordingly.
Beautiful place. There are two roads to reach the place. There is a functional lift as well to reach the ghat. They charge Rs 25/Adult one way. Parking is available near Adarsh Hotel for Rs 20/Car. Boating is closed during monsoon from 15th June and after 630pm daily. The manual boat charges are Rs 800/boat for 5-6 people. It's for 30min. If the weather permit they can take you further which doubles the charge to Rs 1600/boat. You will enjoy the commentary and comments from the Boatman/oarsman. Make sure you take photos after you enjoy the beautiful views. The over all trip could last for an hour or less. Tip the boatman if possible as they drive against the current for the first half.
Travelled by rope car to reach the waterfalls. Had a very close view of it. The mist of waterfalls sprinkling on the face. Nice place to be.
Must go for cable car for nice view of river Narmda. Don't go for car ride at the other side of river. Its useless wasting of INR 600. So go onnnn & enjoy your trip da Bhedaghat
This tremendous fall on Narmada shows how mighty the Narmada is. The fall is easily accessible from jabalpur by your own vehicle. The place is almost like a pilgrimage as most of the Hindus rever Narmada river as a goddess. The falls are not falling from a great height but the tremendous flow of waters and the breadth of the river makes you awestruck. The large Rocky trench in which the water falls extends to the horizon. Scenic and Serene. One can enjoy the view in a ropeway also.
Government is not supported wel .. if they can it will be changed tremendously
