Bhavan's Sarada Devi Hospital - Hospital in Secunderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

Bhavans sarade devi hospital is here from many decades and it is a trust run hospital, located opposite to the sainikpuri petrol bunk and beside to Joint al Mandi. They have a sanitizer placed, but the temperature check isn't done to all the patients and they don't have a covid ward. Visited last year due to fever and met doctor RAVI SHANKER, he was very polite and humble, without multiple tests and medicine, just asked for cbp and followed by 2 medicines and i was all set within a week. He was so experienced and knows well how to tackle the patients. Few weeks back, I was again suffering with fever and wanted to take appointment of Ravishanker doctor and unfortunately he has stopped coming here and I took the appointment of Dr Varun kumar who is a General physician. Firstly, every hospital or doctor is now asking for Corona test initially followed by HRCT to firstly confirm that we are covid negative and i have done all those and went to doctor and after that was asked to take tests for blood reports accordingly with dengue test and i had the mild symptoms of dengue and doctor advised to admit at hospital so that it will not increase and i have admitted for a day and then got discharged as my blood levels were normal. Dr. VARUN KUMAR was very polite and cleared all the queries and he was also available at phone all the time to contact. The cost of tests were more than my admission at hospital, but as it was covid season going, I had done all the tests without taking any risk. Coming to hospital, per day charge was 2700 for special room and i was charged 3100, i don't know what had changed for them to charge that additional amount. I took special room, as it was covid time, doesn't want to take any risk and the rooms were neat and they wer empty since months. Wahsroom was average and there was no light in it, i have asked them to put a light and they said they will look into it, but thay wasn't fixed till I was discharged too. The rooms were cleaned twice in a day. Lastly, I dont see sanitization happening here regularly and when a patient visits to doctor they usually sit in a chair and they are not at all sanitizing after the patient leaves, if one of the patient is positive, then the risk would be for all other patients too.

I always come to this hospital from many years but yesterday I was shocked to know the fees, Sarada hospital is known for its services and reasonable fees and reachable to every person. The fees is similar to every other corporate hospitals now Can someone please update as to why these changes. It's 550 rs.for a general physician

Good hospital with decent ambience. Visited the hospital for gynecology consultation.First thing i would like to mention about the gynecologist Dr. Kranthirmayi mam is, she makes the couple to feel comfortable in their first visit itself. Treats the case to the point. Gives prescription which is actually required. Overall it's an outstanding experience at comparatively lesser prices.

Supposed to be one of the best hospitals in the local area and now sad to experience and know that it has become highly commercials, highly experienced doctors are no more available here.

Worth your time.. I would definitely recommend this hospital than Ankura hospital. Dr. Kranthirmai ma'am understood my health issues and treated me accordingly..

Bad experience... Incorrect and improper response from the reception. Prior coming to Hospital we enquired for the Doctor and got response from the reception that Doctor is available from 10:00AM to 11:00AM. But when came came to Hospital receptionist telling that he is available from 12:30 to 01:30 but timings mentioned in hospital are 10:30 to 12:30. Nothing is sync. When asked for the Suggestion or Complaint box, there is no box as such... Please think twice and enquiry many times about the doctor timings before coming else u end up wasting time

I have given birth to my son in this hospital. It was my first delivery(C-section). From day 1, till I delivered my baby I never felt regret for choosing this hospital & especially Dr.Kranthirmayi. she is very empathetic and has very good behaviour with patients. She doesn't ask you to go for unnecessary tests and explains everything clearly. She is ready to listen to us which is most important in treating a patient. Even after my delivery, the staff and nurses took good care of us (me and my son). My special thanks to pushpa nurse. I will prefer this hospital for my next delivery also.

Doctors and staff members are very rude and it is not trust hospital it was too commercial now a days....
