A decent place to stay if you are looking for a place for a day or 2. Beyond that this place is not worth it. Their menu is extremely limited in all 3 meals. Half the items on the menu are not even available whether you choose buffet or a large carte or in room dining. The man standing at the breakfast buffet doesn't have the basic sense to even refill the food until and unless he is asked to. The taste and quality of the food is also mediocre and their service is even pathetic. They say breakfast will be ready by 7.30 but it doesn't get served before 8.30 and the same goes for dinner. The staff can barely speak English or Hindi. They have no awareness of shopping places in case tourists wanna shop for spices or claypots. They are unable to assist you will relevant information related to the temple and the manager when given feedback ( which he voluntarily asked), couldn't receive the feedback and avoided me for the rest of my stay. Simple things like tea bags were not in stock whereas they were expecting guests. I ordered Buttermilk on the 1st day which was not delivered even until my last day of stay. The wifi doesn't work on higher floors and half the plug points were not working in the room. Overall not a place I would recommend.

Staff were helpful and rooms were clean, worth the money paid. The restaurant was not fully functional and hence the lower rating. Will recommend and revisit for future visits

Just 5 mins walk from the Room. All required facilities available but however can't alter temperature in AC as its fixed and it took some time to cool the room. Water heater is 24/7 which is good and kettle is there in the room which is an unexpected surprise. Hotel staffs were polite and are easily approachable. WIFI is very fast across the entire hotel. Hotel is very clean and well maintained.

Very bad experience 1. We reached early, it was our first day of trip, we directly came from airport and reached early still they want us to pay early check in charges Rs.1500, just because of their "so called policy". We reached there at 9AM but they want us to either wait till 3PM (their std check in time) or pay early check in charges rs 1500. Almost all rooms were empty that day still they want us to pay early check in charges. Which is totally unfair. 2.They were favorable to south indian guest and not interested at all while treating us. 3.We paid for extra bed but they provide only extra mattress and not extra blanket which is kinda weird. We called them twice but they didn't gave us extra blanket. At the end Instead of blanket staff gave me bedsheets to cover myself which was more irritating. How am i supposed to sleep without blanket? Staff is also rude, manger is irresponsible and not supportive. No co-ordination in staff No Complimentary brekfast Don't stay in this hotel. Waste of money

I would definitely recommend this. The Guruvayoor main temple is walkable from here. The rooms are so clean and having many facilities. Great service

Rooms are good...they maintained it well but coming to food we didn't have the day we arrived though we booked room along with breakfast they haven't served...after long hours travelling when we reached the hotel at 8:30pm they said it's limited and not available...so don't book room with food...walkable distance u have so many restaurants

Hotel room and Washroom is clean. Was provided with an additional bed with no extra cost. No proper directions provided for the reception, room service or house keeping. Couldn't see any instructions for the contacts in room for such requirements and emergency contact, which shall be implemented. Parking is dusty and under construction along with some other amenities of the hotel. Limited restaurant service and difficult to get Morning / Evening tea even on call and hence not suitable for those who are looking for room service especially when have kids. Complementary limited tea / coffee condiments and kettle are available in room which can be an alternative, but we felt it is not sufficient for such a hotel. Location wise is closer to East Nada, which is good. However felt a bit pricey for a superior room, considering similar hotels nearby with more facilities, especially restaurant on the same rate.

Money minded manager and hospitality provided which is poor...standardized hotels..also will have good hospitality.... Pls avoid giving as such silly reasons try improving hospitality...
