Not at all a good experience. I went to purchase the books for my child and he charges for all the course books but one of them is a specimen copy which he is not supposed to sell. So he is basically charging for those books also which he has got without paying any price and because we are bound to buy books from him only he is taking full benefit of this. As per his words school is also involved in all this as he has to give 20% commission to school also and I think this is the reason school is asking to purchase the books from this particular shop only. Really it is very shameful and unethical business practice.
