I booked a cab from Mr. Mayank Bhatye for 3 days trip around Indore. It was a very professional service provided by him. Being a single female traveller , I did not have any hiccups. The driver was disciplined , followed all safety rules and no rash driving at all. Beyond cab services, Mr. Mayank also helped me to book a hotel room in Maheshwar. He also took care of my dinner and breakfast without any extra charge along with his parikrama group although I was not part of the group. This gesture is very rare. Will surely recommend him if you need any travel plans around Indore or Narmada Parikrama

Very Poor Management. I had trusted this travels in December 2022 for my family trip and Owner confirmed that he will make bookings. Response was very slow, even after numerous follow ups , finally he replied. Ultimately my one way train ticket was not confirmed, and I had to use other expensive mode of travel ( Bus- Troublesome). He simply replied that his office people did not followed instructions for booking tickets. Also he did not confirmed Innova Booking, did not informed anything and all of sudden informed me that Innova is booked for us ??? For refund also he took almost 3 months and made delibarte delay. He finally deducted 1500 as cancellation charge. I would say Greedy businessman and completely unprofessional. Reply to your reviw- I still have screenshots of our communications. and we have never changed program, It was your neglegence. So better dont lie on this platform !!
