I got to know about Bhaskar yoga from one of my friend. It's very good place for naturopathy and yoga.I started with naturopathy then medical yoga and now doing the regular yoga. Bhaskar Sir and their staff is very good, hard working and understanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for naturopathy and yoga.

I feel very good to be a part of bhaskar yoga. My Mentor Mr. Uppal is very kind hearted person, he has a great experience of yoga. I joined it one year ago and the following changes that I have observed are:- 1- I feel energetic whole day. 2- Got relief in my back pain.

I am doing yoga since last 2years with him, I am very happy with the results. I can see lot of changes in my body in terms of flexibility and relaxation.I would like to continue with him as long as possible and would like to recommend to everyone.

Hello ! Its mohini, Its been an year I am comming to Bhaskar yaga classes I am getting better and better I am also becoming a deseas free person My experience is very good by coming here and earning how to do yoga .

It's been a month since I have joined Bhaskar Yoga and it has been a delightful experience so far. I have really seen good and positive changes in myself. And the meditation day is always been my favourite, I feel really calm after that session. Must say it's an excellent place to learn yoga.

On the recommendation of one of my friends, I joined Bhaskar Yoga and Naturecure last year And I want to tell you all that I really enjoyed my presence there. All the members at the centre are very sympathetic and they know well how to treat the client in polite manner. Dr. Anchal Uppal has a positive personality and his way of talking is impressive. In my opinion, this is a good place to join yoga.
