Before joining, I was facing mental stress and wanted to explore and learn the power of Yoga & Spirituality to cope with my negative emotional disorder. Now it's been 3 months since I joined Bharti Yoga Centre for learning and practicing Yoga & Meditation. Honestly my experience here is superb. I found Guruji/Sir a very learned and humble person. He is also very much confident and holds sound knowledge over the subject and its various kriyas (like suury nmskaar, jl netii, rbr netii, dnndd dhautii, shNkhprkssaaln kriyaa etc). Also he is very dedicated as well as pay special attention to each and everyone of his students helping them to perform Kriyas in a correct approach. Very thankful to him for helping me gaining knowledge about Yoga and its power.
Friendly teacher ensures diffrent yoga asans practise daily. This motivates to go daily and try everyday something new. No monotonous practise. Sir experience makes difficult asana also easily to do. I also did meditation in the institute for the first time and it was wonderful. Highly recommended Bharti yoga institute to all.
I really liked it here, it has been 5 years since I have been doing yoga, I feel that there will be no better person than him in the world and my body is also very relaxed.
One of the best yoga classes in Bareilly which has both basic and advanced training. Each student is given attention according to their needs. Sir ensures that while you are comfortable doing the asanas, you also push your limits for better.
Effective yoga techniques. The classes are very easy to understand and always dependent on the level of the students. I feel comfortable at all times and feel like I am in the presence of a true teacher. Definitely recommend this place to take yoga classes.
