This building is also known as South indian cultural association (SICA) building. This is a air condition hall with fixed stage and can accommodate around 200 people. Guest room and space for food preparation & seating arrangements are available. The building is situated at the prime location of Patna walking distance from Planatorium towards chajju bagh. Most of the cultural activities and celebration of different association like Kerala Catholic Association (KCA) , Kerala club, Kerala kala samiti, south indins cultural association are conducting different programs, get together and make celebration of Onam, Pongal, Aadi, Diwali etc. I attended many programs here with family. Recommended this place for any function under 200 people

Stage is quite good , good enough for 300-400 ppl easily but they should do some interior work to make it more better

Good place and seating facility is average and the sound box quality is poor. I have gone here to give a performance of guitar. The quality of the hall is only good and the place it is situated in the very congested road. Giving 3 star due to : - seating facility is very much - Sound quality is poor - The most important is that I'm giving a star because the whole hall is air conditioned. Overall I think that it is best for the low budget functions. Regards

Good Place for Grand functions, situated at prime location of Patna Bihar. Behind old museum. Reasonable price of bookings. And also good for COVID-19 situation. Good sanitizing. And good staffs behavior. It is placed in heart of Patna. Easily reachable and with parking facilities.

I visited this place 2 times till now ,it's quite good place if you are planning for any kind of small event this is a hall where cultural,social events can be done with an arrangement of 200-300 people approx. Any educational institution or any kind of public or private organization can book this hall for their functional purpose.it doesn't offers you a very nice interior,look or infrastructure but it will help you if you generally interested in organizing any function regardless of a normal or decent Infrastructure.you can surely go for it if you are planning to arrange and finding placed in your budget for it .

Nice seating is available with fully A/c auditorium and good stage facility with automatic curtains and supporting staffs. It is built in SICA premices all staffs are supporting and helpful.

It's a nice AC hall for conference with seating capacity over 150. Good sound system. Clean toilets. The hall is behind the Vidyapati Hall at Bidyapati Marg.
