We had a nice stay at Bharti Lodge. we needed this place for a night stay only but we were really impressed with the cleanliness and service here. They have a safe parking area for cars. the front desk staff are welcoming and polite. They do not have a restaurant but are happy to bring you breakfast from the nearby eateries. even hot tea and coffee were served in the room. They even offered to wash our car.
We are very happy with our stay here and recommend it for people looking for a budget hotel.
Nice Hotel, Good Staf members especially Daval & one more Guy who helped us lot with good services, we got variety of free breakfast with good taste clean & hygienic place, Value for money. We stayed in 202 room number on 22/01/2023. Overall it's a Good experience in Hubli.
The room was good. Bathroom was big and clean. some switches weren't working but that's fine. didn't get hot water at the right time. Overall it was 3.5/5 and would rate good if u r staying in hubli and your budget is economical.
An old looking building in the midst of dust & hustling of Old Hubli beside the Old Bus Stand. It is not very different from the other buildings nearby. Though it look like a building eons back with an odd architecture, however inside you will find car parking space, though not well maintained as cleanliness is an issue. But has to be considered that it is only a Lodge and not a Hotel. Rooms are not terrific but spacious enough with neat bathroom. Bath towels and blankets were speaking ages, though appears clean. Ample furniture was provided with a couple of chairs, a coffee table, wardrobe etc. Hot water is available in bathroom from 6AM to 10 AM as in the case of many lodges nearby. Lobby is provided in every floor. But the Sofa and the chairs provided there appears many decades old. Toilet pipes, cisterns outlets and the whole system of tubes & pipes is appearing and laid through the walls and are not concealed, appears very primitive and a poor touch. Staffs appears very cordial.
If you are looking for luxury kind of rooms, then this not the right option. Really this lodge is still living in 19th century, need to bring lot more changes. Their prices are too high and expensive, not even match with the facility what they are providing.
They don't have gysers, air conditioner and rooms look damn old, atleast could have renovated. Hot water timings will be like morning 6a.m. to 10a.m. that also doesn't work properly.
It was ok when compared to the premises...and you may get parking space too
Decent lodge both for families as well as bachelors.

Cons:
* Hot water not readily available, gave to wait 15 mins. You will start getting hot water after wasting at least couple of buckets of water.
* Lot of vehicles mouse, you may not get a quiet night's sleep
* Room service average, the service boys are always expecting tips or extra money
The rooms and complimentary breakfast is very good. Its my third time stay here.Recommend it for everyone who likes to travel on budget.

The staff is really friendly and the rooms are pretty clean. The price I paid for one bed one day is 400 and for that cheap price I got a clean bed, blanket, towel with attached bathroom and toilet with hot water.
Clean rooms, good beds, budget billing. Water facility is good, friendly staff, good response to customers. Well maintained. The rooms are on the second floor. Rooms were also available for 25 members group. Good place. Overall had a good experience.
