You have siddha and allopathy medicines available and the pricing is also decent. You have options for payment via card as well. Parking is available for 2 wheelers but 4 wheelers is not there. They have a lot of staff working and most of the items are available.

Edit: Recently faced a Problem, if they know that you bought some medicine in online like tata 1mg. Then they won't give you other medicines next time and they changes to rude. (My order was received by sheik) Use TATA 1MG you get 20 to 25% discount with lots of cash back. Medicines will be delivered with in 3-4 days.
Good service to the people of nellai. Very committed. People throng this place from far away and remote area with great hope and trust to get any type of medicine in one roof. All personnels are well trained and experienced. We can't see such huge no of persons inside the counter in any other pharmacy.Though this is very profit making business run by reddiar community, they do it in a professional manner
