My grand mother had got operated both the eyes for Cataract problem(6th Septemberand 12th September, 2023).she had received a very pleasant experience from all the staff. Very pleasant, cordial atmosphere at the hospital. Very skillful, veteran, versatile doctors. A very pain free operation. Iam very thankful to the doctor Harika Reddy for her skills, knowledge and patience. Her attitude and pleasantness towards patients are highly admirable.

This review is only about the pharmacy experience. I attempted to purchase the drops prescribed by the surgeon. Initially, the pharmacist brought a medicine and told that we need to pay for the drops despite being covered by EHS. I politely discussed with him to explain why we need to pay for the medicine that is prescribed during the surgery. Then he is taken aback, and said that we don't need to pay. However, he then hastily searched the medicine and made a phone call to someone, only to conclude that the drops are not available with them for the last one month. Just with this discussion over paying or not paying, the pharmacist who was about to give us the medicine turned his back to tell us that the medicine is not available with them, and suggested we visit another medical shop (Janata). I don't want to reach to any conclusions here, but surely this behavior is shady and unprofessional to say the least.

I had visited for eye checkup. they checked well .. now i have clear eyesight with exact spets .. now they have started lasik ..

Worst experience I faced with this hospital they don't care about the patient. they are charging Rs 400 . There is no neatness there is no patient care it's worst experience totally please avoid such hospital. Reception people won't give proper response. They won't check your eye sight properly

Worst experience. Cataract surgery is very expensive. Unprofessional staff and doctor. Recently my father has undergone cataract surgery. Paid 25k excluding charges for lab tests, OP token and medicines(1100 lab+ 400 OP + 1000 medicines). After 30 days of surgery my father has been complaining that his vision is blurry in the eye which has undergone surgery. We again visited the hospital thrice to check on this. Each time we need to pay 400 for OP even though we have undergone surgery only a month back. Doctor has said there is no problem everything is alright. Then we have visited another opthalmologist for second opinion. Doctor said there is problem with the cataract placed. We have paid 30k of our hard earned money but with no satisfaction. Worst experience. Please don't visit this hospital. Please opt for other better options available.

I took my grandmother to this hospital as I heard many good things about this place. Dr. Harika explained about the types of surgery and lenses clearly and patiently answered all my doubts. She did phaco for my grandmother. We are very happy with the staff, they took very good care. Will bring my grandfather and relatives for their catarct surgery here. Thank you to the entire team at Bharathi eye hospital!!!

My mom had a wonderful experience here while getting operated for cataract. The process from initial diagnosis till the operation is very excellent and friendly and supportive care by the doctors, nurses and support staff. Special thanks to Dr. Swarupa rani for all her support and excellent care for my mom.

Not good hospital. Please visit other hospitals which are clean and hygienic.
