Bharath Residency - Hotel in Thiruchendur - Tuticorin, India

As mentioned in your previous reviews, the receptionist and the owner have no humanity. South india is famous is for hospitality and kindness ... they are killing them in the name of rules. They will allow only 2 people as per the rules and will give you room only at 12 pm. Its better they provide service only for local people and it is not for people who expects good customer service and hospitality. They are thinking like we will loot their property before leaving from there. I have booked room for my parents and i went with them. I requested them to allow my daughter and myself to have food in the room. They said they ll allow only 2 people. I requested them that my father will stay outside until i feed my daughter . They denied that too. Such a inhuman people .

First dont book this hotel as they are very rude and i paid 3500-4000 rs for one room from makemytrip. Room are not clean that lobby guys is very rude to customers. They don't provide you anything you ask at time. Place is very far from temple. Get room nearby travellers baglow road or near by temple. They guys are theif charging more money for the room worth of around 1000 or 1200. You will definitely regret it when you book room in this bharat residency hotel in tiruchendur.

This hotel is the worst ever I stayed...I checked out within 10 mins of check-in, because of all I mentioned below........ The receptionist was terrible....front desk guys were the worst, indifferent, and disrespectful. I went with the family and they have no consideration...they don't even know how to communicate with customers decently. rooms are the worst quality and completely dirty, AC was broken and the beds have bugs in them...gloomy ambiance...it is a mess in the nearest location... the only reason why I booked this hotel, all hotels were booked at that time nearest location. ...otherwise, I would have booked another hotel. guys, I recommend you don't book this hotel at all...even the wifi is the worst.

Worst experience ever by receptionist.. Left my belongings accidentally and my hometown is far away since requested the receptionist to courier my belongings also accepted to pay the courier charges. But the lady from the receptionist was rude nd refused to courier my belongings and asking to come and collect the things which is totally not acceptable. I feel bad since its an valuable asset so please go with this hotel if you do not care of your assets if you leave something accidentally

Rooms are okay with AC but their bed cover is worst . Even after mentioning it , they didn't changed it. Morning hot water available and they are not accepting card payment is another issue . But very near to temple

Wost room service. No proper response from the management. Rooms r not properly maintained but the cost of the room is too high. Kindly check all the near by places and keep this as last choice.

Rooms are Neat and Clean. The location is nearby Seashore and Bus Stand . But there is No Facility for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. We found 1 hotel that is closed for food . Finally I feel a little Expensive..
