Worst ever shop ,they don't even know how to behave with the customer, disrespectful staffs. We came here to buy washing machine,and the staff who handled us was proper and good,the owner or someone I don't know who is he,he just started scolding the staff like nothing in front of us, even after the staff told like the customer is here we can talk some where else, there is no manners with that man. Just money minded, seriously they should learn to respect people, he behaves like he is the owner of the BEA and has that head weight,he is just a staff there and should treat all the staffs same,we are in need of the washing machine,but we just left only because of that man,the company should not hire such people who don't know how to respect and behave infront of customer, Overall ,the worst experience. I will definitely say,don't visit this shop. There are other better electronic shops in palladam with good mannered staffs.

Worst behaviour by the staff,we went to buy washing machine,the person dealing us was ok,but the manager or I don't know who is he,he just started scolding the staff in front us even he told the customer is there ,is this the manners they teach with the staffs? He behaves like he is the owner,just learn to respect people and customer first, don't just focus on earning money,his behaviour was too bad ,and we're in need of washing machine,but we just walked out only because of his behaviour.

Very nice customer service and I bought preeti wet grinder the person explained crisp and clear. Very good staff and affordable prices with must quality. I like this shop very much.

Never seen such poor response... Pls don't buy anything due to poor service.i have bought pansonuc Android TV 43". After 5month not working due to panel complaint.. I have booked complaint 15days ago. No action. So i call to bea palladam to Manager he told that we only selling the product service not our related go vist anywhere.. So poor service. So be careful..
