Went to get my car serviced, first of all the service personnel who came receive the car was very polite and respectful. The service done was very good, the personnel called me after inspection of car about problems found and extra work needed and asked permission if I wanted it done. Later when delivering he took me to the car and asked me to see if I have any problems when I said I was satisfied he explained all the charges in the bill and even gave a good discount on total. Overall a very pleasant experience
Very proactive staff. The technicians are knowledgeable and proper guidance comes off. They pick up the car in the morning and deliver on the day after normal servicing. Even settlement of claims renewal of insurance are done in a very professional and friendly manner. What else one need?

Good on call support. No irritating calls as follow ups if done a inquiry. They normally have all the parts available at all time including latest models.
Service wise good no complaints good customer lounge but some where they judge the customer standards and way of talking also deference between the customer can be noticed. But once again service is very good as per Maruti standard accept few of staff
