We had taken a couple package from BTP service for Rajasthan. It was an awesome tour we had. All credit goes to Anuradha ma'am to make it memorable. She offered the best suitable package as compared to market rate. The package included good hotels, delicious food and a dedicated Swift Dzire with a gentleman driver. Anuradha ma'am was very keen and helpful for us when we were sightseeing, she was calling me almost daily to check whether everything was going fine. Well me and my wife, even my 3yr kid enjoyed it a lot. I would like to say big thanks to Anuradha ma'am for making our hilarious trip and would also say thanks to that decent gentleman driver Dharmaji. I certainly recommend the BTP travelling agency if you want to roam and explore.

Thank you Anuradha mam and BTP travels for arranging our Kerala trip and hassle free service,but you need work more on hotel parts.Below is the feedback from various locations specifically to hotel. 1. MUNNAR- Hotel was good and all facilities was good highly recommended to other travelers 2. Thekkady- Room was not upto the mark, toilets was not clean,pillow was dirty and food and staff cooperative. 3. Adishakti(Kovalam)- Rooms were good,sea view photo is attached below(can't see where the sea was),food and restaurant staff behavior was not good. Not recommended to families who have children and senior citizen.Also it is not advisable as the location is at very congested place. Tempo traveller cannot easily pass. 4. Aleppey houseboat- worst of the worst experience,food quality was not good,room was not clean and the boat was very outdated no freshness in the boat. Toilets and room was smelling bad.Not recommended to anyone.

Disappointed completely with the experience. Horrible trip. They have no idea about current situation of tour locations. Tour planners were not aware of which spots are open and how to rich there. Driver provided by them was also short tempered. He was not ready to take us to spots, and told agency that location is closed. Don't Book any packages from them, just waste of money.. Rather one should prefer booking online hotels and local travel.

They told stop the tuljapur ,but when we reached near tuljapur they change their voice no there is no auto service in this root so better use govt buses it is danger journey with your family stop be alert but they give return 200,in this case 2100 taking 3seats charge but they are alloted 2 seats very bad service MH 49 BL 6786 they leaved in solapur with very good suggestions danger service those who are in family journey mind it i am an indian traveller

Worst service which I have experienced from BTP(Nagpur to Chandrapur). The consumer care support is not available before 10am but the buses are. Even if the bus is cancelled there is no refund given for online booked passengers. The bus gives comfortable journey but other services are very poor. Need to improve it. Even the BTP bustop agents lie about the bus,they always say the bus is cancelled... Specially form rahte colony stop and chhatrapati sq. Nagpur

Travelling through BTP bus now, highly disappointed with its arrogant crew / staff /driver. They Provide no service, no proper places for charging points, they switch off the TV after certain time, as this is the only timepass, if your phone has no charging or limited internet available. Very disappointed and would suggest anyone who is planning to travel through this bus, pls do not travel at all with BTP. No proper berths are available to slip for single person. Highly disappointed...hate it hate it hate it

Very bad service really not satisfied at all

We booked the package of Goa from btp the experience was very good the hotel food and sightseeing all are perfect we recommend to book tours packages from Bharat travel point it was a great experience. Guys you are doing very good job keep it up
