Nice peaceful place
A nice ashram of Swami Pranabananda guru maharaj in Durgapur with a attached school. People of Durgapur area and Bankura, comes and rejoice on the eve of birth anniversary of guru maharaj every year . This year 2021, it will be held on 7th feb. but due to covid the 3days program changes to 1 day only. This ashram is very nice and tidy with beautiful garden and best of all ashrams i have visited. On special days like purnima and others Swami jis deliver good speeches on gurujis thoughts and perception of life. After that puja and aratis done by Swamijis are not to be missed. My mother Basanti Nath used to come here to learn Gita path on every Thursday. Homeopathy treatment done here. Also sewing classes are held for those self dependent womans. This place has a magical effect on tired, and hungry souls. I entered through the gates, and instantly forgot my worries, and griefs. I felt like there's a reason to celebrate and have faith in life. Peace all around!
Once I love to visit the place every week but now I overcome from it after my experiance in dealing a few case by the ashram mostly regarding their School PVM.
