Not a good place to buy property. Lot of water issue. Poor maintenance of the society. Poor amenities etc

Nice place, good apartment.

One of the Good and spacious apartments in Gulbarga!!, once you get to see the interior corridors, it feels like you are in a different city. Also this place is quiet far from the city center

Good locality and quality flats. But maintenance of lawn seems to b low. However the bitter truth is that the flats are sold only to vegetarian people.

Its just amazing... it's a society where u have more than 250 houses with pool and gym facilities..also a grocery shop inside the society...there is lot of space for kids to play n enjoy with!

Spacious apartments complex with good ventilation and setback in tier 2 city like kalaburgi

I visited few days back and noticed a Very high tention wire passed through on this layout. Be careful and awareness needed.

One of the biggest flop project of Gulbarga, They were dividing people based on religion. Muslims was not permitted to purchase flat previously. Not confirmed about present.
