I bought one of the expensive sherwani for an important occasion. It took a week longer to receive than they promised and sent me premade or preowned small totally WRONG SIZE SHERWANI , even i sent them my exact body measurements as they asked me to. It was so small i barely buttoned it. You cant imagine how frustrated i was, my event was coming up in a few days.. Plus they REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY! They blow up your phone calling you at midnight to get the sale from you at first, once they get the money you are screwed... I WASTED MY MONEY AND TIME DEALING WITH THEM! Especially LALIT KHATRI. I got tons of evidence to post that makes you not to buy from them (i will probably post later), theres too many negative things to say but , long story short DON`T BUY FROM THEM OR AT LEAST BE VERY CAREFULL!!

I have ordered about 1 unstitched lehenga, 3 unstitched sarees, 5 stitched lehenga, 1 stitched suite and 1 stitched bridal lehenga with Bharatplaza over span of 3 years. (Of which, 9 orders were in one year) The quality of all products have been top notch, as described on site and fitting has always been perfect. Their customer service is excellent, I am happy to share that I did all my bridal shopping at Bharatplaza and I am happy with stitching and fittings as well. Bharatplaza has earned customer for life time because of best quality products they provide with reasonable prices. I recommend everyone to shop at Bharatplaza. I'm sad to read negative reviews, I never had payment issues z.. even if I had payment issues one time, they were happy to help and work it out . First time I used Bharat Plaza and everything was good except abit of misunderstanding of the shape of the man's suit trousers. Got it on time then had to adjust it locally. Very important to tell them exactly how you want your outfits as they don't sew as per the pictures. online.

hello Bharat Plaza, Today I received my Sherwani. It came late to me. It was 10 days late. I was very upset when I got the parcel as It just arrived 3 days before my Wedding Day. But to my surprise when I opened the parcel it was truly awesome, everything in the Sherwani was just perfect as shown in the website. Now I am very happy, everybody was asking me from where I got this Sherwani and were complimenting me. Many Thanks for making me feel special on my wedding day! But your delivery service should get improved definitely. Hope I will get a quicker delivery next time.

Hi everyone the products are very good but I recommend the designers to expedite the orders. I m waiting for my sarees from last 25 days final I got it but my occasion is very near how will I make the blouse & wear them in occasion. Its really very tight time for me now.

I ordered wedding apparels for my sister's wedding from Bharatplaza and I am truly satisfied by the kind customer service and high quality products that I have received. Apparels are worth every penny that I have spent on shopping through BharatPlaza. Thank you so much for your efforts.

Terrible company to work with. Client from Canada, placed an order 1.5 months before the date required. 3 weeks before the due date, they call to confirm some payment issue with the card, turns out have to place a new order which meant they hadn't even started work on on the outfit. To place new order and ship would take more than 3 weeks to arrive, so had no choice to cancel. Cancelling the order was even more of a nightmare, as I was passed around as multiple CSRs including "managers" gave me the run around--all in terrible English, of course. Sent numerous emails stating the cancellation of the order--only to receive TWO phone calls in the middle of the night (they don't seem to understand the concept of time zones) to let me know that my order had been shipped via courier.... ?!. This isn't even the detailed version, but in a nutshell, do not place your trust in this ridiculous company. Lacks basic customer service skills--hung up on us TWICE. Horrible company, definitely would not recommend risking ordering from them, especially for any important events (ie. a wedding, as this is what the outfit was for). Any clients ordering from North America -- PLEASE DON'T!. It was an absolute nightmare. Google wouldn't let me select ZERO star, so even a 1 star rating is too good for them!

Thank you so much for lovely sarees and they are so beautiful. I received my order today & really liked the sarees, it looks much better than what i expected. I gifted one of them to my mother, and she loves it so much. Material, art-work, fabric.. everything just fabulous. I appreciate all the employees of Bharatplaza for their help .
