Free air machine was not working whole day....I asked them olso whether it's functional or no..they said not..so I jus filled petrol n was leaving...go to see...after few minutes..there was BMW ..n suddenly their machine strtd to work...guess the free air is only for high end vehicles ..the incident tuk place on 11th sep..around 10pm....!!!
Irresponsible behaviour of management, service is poor, unhygienic washrooms and air service is never available here. Bharat petroleum must take necessary action.

I have edited my review from 1 star given a week ago to 4 stars today as my issue mentioned below was resolved efficiently by the staff of Reira Petro services. However, the Petrol pump staff must also ensure & check that the customers aren't charged twice & have to go through the ordeal. I had refuelled for Rs2600 just before leaving for Mumbai at this station & paid using my Credit card. I was charged twice for it. When asked, the attendant said that 1st transaction didn't go through as a receipt wasn't generated & hence he charged the card again. When asked the station manager, he too confirmed that it wasn't charged & amount will be refunded by the bank. When I called the bank today, I was informed that I was charged the same amount twice & there's no reversal or refund.
Go early if you don't want to waste 2 hours. We all have the fear of what if fuel runs out, well waiting in the line make sure that your tank is as dry as Sahara by the time your chance to fill will eventually arrive!!
I had mistakenly paid wrong amount (10 times)through my credit card. I stay 500 kms away from this petrol pump. Good response is given by the petrol pump for the issue and received money. Really appreciate and hats off to the staff
