My recent visit left me deeply disappointed and frustrated due to the poor and very rude behavior of the staff on duty. My vehicle had run out of fuel, and since it was parked at a distance from the fueling area, I politely asked one of the staff members if he could help by filling petrol in a bottle so I could take it back to my vehicle. Unfortunately, the encounter that followed was far from pleasant. To begin with, the staff member pointed to a notice written in Gujarati, a language I am not familiar with as I am from Calcutta. I explained my situation and asked if he could simply inform me with a "Yes" or "No" response. However, instead of accommodating my request, he rudely insisted that I should read the notice myself. This insistence, despite my clear inability to understand the language, was both unprofessional and disrespectful. What followed was even more appalling. The staff member, in a display of ill-mannered behavior, made a derogatory remark suggesting that I should leave the area if I couldn't understand Gujarati. This kind of response is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. As a customer, I believe I had the right to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of my language proficiency or place of origin. The staff member's refusal to simply answer my query with a "Yes" or "No," and his subsequent insulting remarks, left me feeling humiliated and deeply dissatisfied with the service provided at the fuel station. In any customer service environment, the priority should be to assist customers with their needs and concerns in a polite and understanding manner. Unfortunately, this particular staff member failed to uphold these basic principles, and his behavior can only be described as that of a lunatic. I sincerely hope that the management of the fuel station takes this review seriously and addresses the issue of staff behavior promptly. No customer should have to endure such disrespect and mistreatment. As for my future refueling needs, I will certainly be avoiding this fuel station and seeking out more respectful establishments that value their customers.

Density meter always close and make fool customer while fuel on that time

Very poor service.. called more than 4-5 times but no one is answering... not after working hours but in working hiurs at 6:30 pm... :(

Free air service not provided bcz they feel not lucrative business which is most necessary for motorist .Not even responded nicely as layman come in to contact with board that air service not available and fix on air station
