Location is perfect near balanagar flyover, but the service needs to be improved, Suggestion for management, staff can be added or else any other person can be stationed for operational things near machine. Me and 4 more people spent atleast 10-15 mins standing idle on station as the person was busy in operation things.

One of the worst experience faced at BP petroleum besides balanagar fly over. I have caught the petrol pump people, while filling they stop in middle and says some sensor is there, that's totally fake they are fooling customers. The reading stops and no petrol will be in at that moment that they have settings. I would like to bring public notice and also further to Government officials to take necessary steps on Top priority. people should not trust. Such places.

They don't tell you where to stop the bike or if we need to move to some other filling place. And I don't understand the math with their rate*liters. Math suggests 85 while actual rate is 84.82

Open almost till night 11.30. Don't be confused it's not open overnight.
