I was referred to this hospital by my usual doctor who went on leave at the time of the delivery of my child. Infrastructure is bad, it is just beside the railway track where every 10 minute or so, a train passes which kept my baby awake all the time. They charge for generator in your bill but they refuse to start the one when electricity is not there. I did not like some of the supporting staffs there, they were untidy and seemed unhygenic. After the baby was born, I thought that the baby would be handed over to us after having her wrapped in proper clothes. But, she was given to us without any clothing. The staff members did not provide the basic services to the mother of the child after birth. Gave 3 stars because of the good doctor and some of the good support staffs.
